We took a family trip up to Sky Top Orchard in Flat Rock, NC with some friends today. The twins had a blast running up and down the hills, picking apples, tasting them and maybe occasionally throwing them down the hill. The weather was perfect for a nice fall day with cool temps and clear, sunny skies. We can't wait to taste some special "apple" recipes over the new couple weeks and of course, we hope to go back next year too.
